Can I cancel my order?

At totiso.in, we process your orders swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. If you have a change of heart, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please email your cancellation request to support@totiso.in. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are shipped.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange/return, and how do I exchange/return my purchase?

You can exchange or return your purchase under the following conditions:

  • You received a different product than what was ordered, as evident from your order confirmation.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or damage, which should be reported with photographic evidence on the day of receipt.

Please contact our customer care team at support@totiso.in within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return. Provide your order number, delivery address, and a clear reason for the return, along with an image of the item if applicable.

Exchange/Return Process:

  • Email us at support@totiso.in or call our customer care line.
  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 3-4 business days for eligible locations. For other areas, you will be asked to ship the product to us within 7 days of your receipt.

Please note:

  • Some products are not eligible for return, as stated on the product page.
  • If you identify damage or tampering upon delivery, refuse the package and inform us immediately.
  • Our commitment is to uphold the highest quality standards. However, if an issue arises, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.
  • In exceptional cases where the item is damaged or defective, we'll work to replace it. If a replacement isn't available, a full refund will be processed.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Full refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed for cancelled or returned items as per our policy.
  • Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, provide your bank details to facilitate the refund, processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
